  • No two bodies are the same, and you don't need to know exactly what you need before you arrive. If you're experiencing muscular tension or discomfort, looking for relaxation, or wanting to explore our specialised treatments, we're here to help you find the right fit.   • Directions: Enter carpark located to the left of the Eltham Little Theatre, go towards the back of the car park, then follow road down the driveway to unit 5 & 6. We are the last unit with the white chairs located out the front.

  • Your appointment begins with a conversation about your needs, health history and what you'd like to get out of your treatment. From there, your therapist will tailor the session to you, ensuring you feel comfortable, informed and cared for throughout.

  • We recommend arriving 5–10 minutes before your appointment to settle in and enjoy a moment before your treatment begins. If it's your first visit, please allow a little extra time to complete any required consultation forms.

  • Wear whatever you feel comfortable in. For massage, you'll be given privacy to undress to your comfort level and positioned appropriately under a towel or sheet throughout your treatment. Only the area being treated will be uncovered.

    For a sauna session, bra and underwear or bathers are recommended for women and shorts for men.

  • HICAPS is available for eligible remedial massage treatments, depending on your health fund and level of cover. Claims aren't available for all treatments, so we recommend checking your individual policy before your appointment.

  • We understand that life doesn't always go to plan. We ask that you provide at least 24 hours when cancelling or rescheduling your appointment.

    Late cancellations and missed appointments may incur a fee in accordance with our booking policy.

  • If you're running behind, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate you, although your treatment may need to finish at the originally scheduled time to avoid impacting the next client.

  • Yes, on Fresha select your preferred therapist and our booking system will allocate you to them.

  • Yes, follow the link above to purchase an e-gift card. If you prefer a physical gift card, you are welcome to stop by the studio and collect one.

  • Booking with a Voucher

    Bring it with you when you visit and we’ll redeem it on arrival.

    You’ll still be asked to securely provide credit card details when booking. This is simply to secure your reservation — nothing is charged at the time of booking.

    If you have a voucher and can’t find a date that suits, get in touch and our team will be happy to help.
